Request Procedures - Check the room list to see what equipment is already available in your room, or to find a room that will meet your needs.
- Reserve a room with Facilities Scheduling (786-1497)
- Check the Deliverable Equipment list to see what equipment, if any, you need in addition to what is already in the room, or tell us what you would like to do and we can make recommendations.
- Use the Equipment Request Form to reserve equipment at least one business day in advance.
