This weekend, Statewide will make some changes that will require reconfiguration of all Citrix clients.
Effective October 6, 2003 instead of:
Username: oratools
Password:
Domain: bannersw
The following is required:
Username: oratools
Password: banner1
Domain: sw
For MacOS9 and OSX Open the 'Citrix Client Editor' (found in the Citrix folder).Go to 'File' -> 'Open' and choose the existing alias for Ban5 Production (usually on Desktop). Enter new information and click 'Save'.
