The SMART Classroom Workgroup, a subcommittee of the UTC, has scheduled an Open House and Workshop for this Friday, December 9 from 115 to 315 in PSB-166. SMART Classroom technology made its debut at UAA this past academic year and has been an outstanding supplement to face-to-face classes. The SMART Classroom technology provides a variety of multimedia products – DVD player, VHS player, computer/Internet and overhead projector (a.k.a. a document camera). All of this is located in one easy-to-use “Sympodium."
The session will provide a brief orientation to the equipment, a faculty demonstration, questions and answers as well hands-on for faculty.
