The IT Service Center is typically where UAA faculty, staff and students have the most interaction with the organization. A single telephone number (786-4646) will put you in touch with our Call Center Team. Technicians take customer calls, troubleshoot problems and create work orders for a variety of technology related services: Computer Hardware/Software Repair and Maintenance, Telephone Services/Support, Audio Visual Services, Video Conferencing Consultation and Support, Distance Education Services, and Five Open Access Computer Labs. Additionally, the UAA Switchboard is managed within the Service Center group.
