These services have a campus-wide aspect to them in that students across the entire campus, regardless of program affiliation can access these resources on a daily basis. They are typically services provided by a single organization (e.g., Consortium Library, IT Services, and Student Disability Services) on behalf of all UAA/Anchorage students.

Each organizational recipient under this funding initiative is required to demonstrate accountability for expenditure of all funds and to show significant matching funding from other sources. At a minimum, a year-end performance report is required and effort is currently underway to report performance against an identified service metrics on a recurring basis throughout the year.
