Add a Start Here Module to your Blackboard Course
| The completely editable "Start Here" module for for Blackboard provides your students with easy access to useful tools in learning how to navigate Blackboard. It provides easy access to media files, useful web links, and other practical information. Faculty may customize this module to suit their own course needs and teaching styles. |

To add this file to your course:
- 1. Click on the 'zip' file above and save it to your hard drive in a place you can easily access, such as the desktop or 'my documents'.
- 2. Next, click on the 'control panel' of the course where you want to add this file.
- 3. Now click on "import package" (towards the bottom of the control panel) then browse your hard drive for this file.
- 4. Next, under select course materials check the box next to "content" and then click "submit." It will now automatically be added to your course menu (to the bottom).
- Note: You can change the position of it by clicking on the "manage course menu" and selecting the position number where you want this file to appear. You can add or delete any items once this file is placed in your course - and you can also delete the entire file.
