Accessing UAA Email
The easiest way to access your UAA email from any computer connected to the Internet is through webmail. Webmail is available for all UAA students, staff and faculty to access their mailbox at http://webmail.uaa.alaska.edu/. If your are UAA staff and use Exchange services you can access your Exchange mailbox at http://webaccess.uaa.alaska.edu

For more information on UAA email services visit  http://technology.uaa.alaska.edu/kb/Computer/Email/

You will need your UAA computer account username to access UAA Webmail or Exchange. To find your username use the username lookup form on the left. If you prefer, you can also set up an email program on your computer to access and download your UAA email. For information on setting up an Email program with your UAA account, please see the Email Knowledge Base Articles.

Email Aliases
If you would like a different email address, you can create an email alias using the Directory Update. An email alias is an alternate email address for your assigned email address. If you create an alias you will be able to recieve email sent to both addresses in your mailbox. Whether or not you choose to have an email alias, you will only have one mailbox which is accessed with your UAA computer account username. If you do not know your username, you may look it up using the form at the left or contact the Call Center at 786-4646.
