Volume Licenses

Some software programs are available to University departments and organizations under volume licensing agreements. This software is only available to departments and is not available for use on computers owned by individual students, staff or faculty members. Each vendor and application has a different agreement; please see the specific application that you are interested in for details on its license agreement.

Accessibility Suite from Premier Assistive Technology
The University of Alaska Anchorage was awarded a grant allowing the installation of several accessibility utilities from Premier Assistive Technology on UAA computers.

Adobe
Adobe Software is available to all UA staff and faculty at a discounted price through a contract negotiated with Government Computer Sales.

AutoCAD
AutoCAD software products are available for purchase to UA departments at a discounted price.

Ghost
Ghost licenses are available for purchase to UA departments at a discounted price.

Microsoft
The Microsoft Campus Agreement is a site-wide license that offers UA faculty and staff access to MS operating systems and application software.

Norton AntiVirus
Norton AntiVirus is UAA's recommended antivirus program and is available to all full-time students, faculty, and staff.

SAS
SAS software products are available for purchase to UA departments at a discounted price.

SPSS
SPSS software products are available for purchase to UA departments at a discounted price.
