Legend:

• Support Levels
  • F — Fully supported. Installation, configuration, troubleshooting
  • L — Limited support. Basic information and guidance related to installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • N — No support. Specialty/propriatary software not commonly used.
• License Types
  • K — Keyed application. A limited number of licenses have been purchased for this application and only a limited number can be operated at the same time. Details here
  • V — Volume license. The University has purchased a volume license for this software. See specific license for details.
