Press Tap/Link/Flash (Whichever you have)

How do I set up a conference call from my multi-line phone?
Contact your telephone system administrator at x64646, #4 to see if you have conferencing ability
programmed on your telephone.
With the first person on the line, Press your Conference Key
Dial the 2nd person, once they are one the line
Press Conference Again, all parties should be joined in on the call

If the person you are adding to the conference is not available, how do I get back to the others in the conference?
Press the Extension key with the flashing LCD indicator.

How do I set up a conference call from a single line phone?
With the first caller on the line, press your tap/link/flash key, the first caller is placed on hold.
You will hear dial tone.
Dial second party
Repeat
Press tap/link/flash to connect all parties

Hang-up

Is there a different ring that my phone can have?
If you have a multi-line phone, you have 3 different ring tones to choose from other than the default ring.
You will need to contact the IT Call Center at x64646, #4 in order to make any changes.

If you have a single line phone, you only have the 1 ring.
