How do I place an off-campus long distance call? (Students)
You will need to have a personal long distance calling card.

How can I get my Caller ID turned on? (Students)
Call the IT Services Call Center at x64646, #4 and the technician will activate your Caller ID, after getting specific information from you.

How can I get my Call Waiting turned on? (Students)
Call te IT Services Call Center at x64646, #4 and the technician will activate your Call Waiting, after getting specific information from you.

Can I get a new phone number for my dorm room? (Students)
No. Phone numbers in the dorm rooms are to stay in the dorm rooms that they are assigned in. The only way that a dorm room phone number can be changed is if the student is being harassed. If in this instance the student must file a report with the University Police Department and Student Housing. Student Housing will then contact IT Services to have them change the number.

Can I place toll free calls from my dorm room? (Students)
Yes. You would dial a toll free number as follows: 9 + 1 + 800 + number
