How do I access my telephone bills via the web?
You would go to http://axis.uaa.alaska.edu/. Once there you will need to have your username and password for the Org/Fund that you want to pull information on. If you do not have your username and password, call the IT Call Center at x64646, #4.

Our office has a new Org and Fund for the new fiscal year, How do I change where extensions are being billed to?
You will need to contact the IT Call Center at x64646, #4. They will determine if you should send that information to them if your list is too long. Then once the information is received the IT Call Center will update their records to reflect the change. The IT Call Center will need a list of the extensions that the new org/fund is affecting as well as the old org/fund that they used to be associated with.

Our department has a new Org, how do I get the username and password for Web Billing?
You would call x64646, #4 and the call center technician will give you your new username and password.
