Telephone Work Order

Work orders cover installation, movement and changes to your phone. Work orders are billed based on time and materials: labor charge is $50.67 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. 

Telephone Trouble Order

Trouble orders are repairs made to phones and do not incur a charge at the discretion of the field technician. If any phone unit needs replacing due to customer damage to the unit, there will be a replacement charge for the phone, which is usually the purchase price for the phone unit.

What is considered customer damage?

A telephone damaged by:

• Spilled beverage (coffee, soda, water, etc.)
• Food crumbs
• Dirty beyond cleaning (oil, clay, glue, make-up, etc.)
• Slammed against the desk/floor
