Voice Menus

Would you like to reduce some of the phone traffic coming in to your secretary or administrative assistant? Consider a voice menu. With a voice menu, you have the ability to route callers through a list of options to direct them within your department.  

If a voice menu is a service that you would like to implement in your department, please provide the information requested below and submit. A Voice Call Center Technician will contact you for further processing.

 

1. Please enter a greeting which will preceede your menu options:

 

2. Where should the caller go if they press "0" or hesitate too long before pressing a button (called a revert number)?

 

3. Please enter the options for your voice menu:

 

4. What phone number will calls be coming in on?  (usually a main number of the department)

 

5. What is your name?

 

6. What is your email address?

 

7. What phone number can you be reached at?

 

8. What is your department's name?
